Courageous Heart is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization serving Southern California.

All solicited and unsolicited donations are to benefit Courageous Heart, located at 17514 Court Street, Unit 2, Fontana, CA 92336 and is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by federal and state law. For individual deductibility, please consult your tax advisor. No gifts or services will be provided in exchange for a donation.
